Fees and Insurance

Therapy is an investment in your emotional well-being, relational health, and long-term resilience. Healing Grace Counseling Group operates as a private-pay practice in order to provide thoughtful, individualized care without the constraints often imposed by insurance providers. This allows us to maintain flexibility in treatment planning, protect your privacy, and prioritize the quality of your experience.

Session fees range from $175–$225 depending on service type and provider. Specific fees will be discussed prior to scheduling.

Choosing private pay allows us to focus fully on your goals, maintain greater confidentiality, and tailor treatment without restrictions on diagnosis, session frequency, or length of care.

Insurance and Reimbursement

While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

We encourage clients to contact their insurance company directly to inquire about out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
